Through the investigation in the army, we found that with the continuous promotion of our army’s actual combat training, the training contents of various troops have changed greatly, most of them have added climbing, downhill and other contents, and many troops have also carried out training in subjects such as field survival. When studying the task book of the inner belt, the evaluation experts and researchers carefully analyzed the service demand of the troops and put forward the requirements of high strength and flame retardancy to meet the service demand of multifunctional training.

　　Through hundreds of process tests, the research group first broke through the key technology of flame retardant of synthetic fiber, and solved the problems of high strength and flame retardant of woven inner belt body. Then, based on the data of human body size, an arc belt body which closely fits the waist structure of China soldiers is developed by combining the ergonomics principle with the belt body knitting technology. In the development of the drill bit, the zinc alloy five-beam drill bit with good machinability and low price was originally designed.
