　　At the beginning of the project, we considered that the inner belt and combat uniform should be worn to meet the actual requirements. Through the investigation in the army, we found that with the continuous promotion of our army’s actual combat training, the training contents of various troops have changed greatly, most of them have added climbing, downhill and other contents, and many troops have also carried out training in subjects such as field survival. When studying the task book of the inner belt, the evaluation experts and researchers carefully analyzed the service demand of the troops and put forward the requirements of high strength and flame retardancy to meet the service demand of multifunctional training.

　　Through hundreds of process tests, the research group first broke through the key technology of flame retardant of synthetic fiber, and solved the problems of high strength and flame retardant of woven inner belt body. Then, based on the data of human body size, an arc belt body which closely fits the waist structure of China soldiers is developed by combining the ergonomics principle with the belt body knitting technology. In the development of the drill bit, the zinc alloy five-beam drill bit with good machinability and low price was originally designed. However, when we tried it on in the army, we found that the reliability of zinc alloy bit was problematic, and the multifunctional characteristics of the inner belt were not obvious. 　　According to the opinions of the officers and men of the army, the research group has successively studied and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of stainless steel drill bits, titanium alloy drill bits and aluminum-magnesium alloy drill bits. After dozens of comparative tests, the stainless steel drill bit was finally selected as the inner belt drill bit. In view of the requirements of the army in climbing, downhill and battlefield treatment and hemostasis, we designed the draft and carved more than ten pairs of molds, and finally developed a fully symmetrical structure of "one-pull-in-place and non-gear-difference fastening braided inner belt drill bit". Through the design of beam-column inclination angle of the five-beam drill bit, the bonding force between the belt body and the drill bit and the reliability in use are improved, and the requirement that the left hand and the right hand can be interchanged at any time is also solved.

　　The design of this belt is just a microcosm of the combat effectiveness of our scientific research front close to the battlefield. In recent years, we have always insisted that scientific research should serve the war, taking meeting the actual needs as the primary factor, and strive to achieve more functions with the minimum proportion. For example, the weight of the new training coat is reduced, the warmth is better, and the color of the clothing is increased, which is more in line with the camouflage needs in actual combat and has stronger combat functions. 　　Fourth, the feasibility of entrusting the collection. From a practical point of view, entrusting to collect taxes is not the mainstream choice of tax authorities, but there is room for entrusting the platform to collect taxes for network anchors, especially for anchors whose income is higher than a certain standard amount but without an organization. The competent tax authorities can sign an entrustment agreement with the platform to entrust them to collect taxes according to the Administrative Measures on Entrusted Collection.
