　　Recently, the new solar energy material project with an annual output of 50 million square meters of China National Building Materials (Zigong) New Energy Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 3 billion yuan started in Zigong High-tech Zone. This project will fill the gap in the field of ultra-white glass production in the central and western regions.

　　The first phase of the project will invest 1 billion yuan, and use the leading technology and equipment in China to build an ultra-white calendered glass production line with a daily output of 700 tons and four supporting deep processing production lines, with an annual output of about 50 million square meters of 2 mm solar calendered glass or 30 million square meters of 3.2 mm solar calendered glass to provide cover glass for solar cells.
