　　CCTV News:Recently, the Ministry of Transport, the State Railway Administration, the Civil Aviation Administration of China and the State Post Bureau will jointly issue the "Implementation Opinions on Promoting the High-quality Development of Transportation in Central China in the New Era". Shu Chi, spokesperson of the Ministry of Transport, introduced the relevant situation today (February 24).

　　The Opinions put forward objectives and requirements in terms of innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing. The main goal is that by 2025, the function of the big channel and big hub in the domestic and international circulation in the central region will be significantly enhanced, the main skeleton of the national comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network will be further improved, the global connectivity of transportation will be significantly improved, and the construction of transportation innovation capacity will achieve remarkable results. The new mode and new format of freight logistics will develop in an orderly manner, the energy consumption per unit turnover of transportation will drop to the national average level, and the transportation and people’s livelihood services will be more diversified and refined.

　　The Opinions deployed five key tasks.

Including the construction of large corridors and hubs, major projects of integrated three-dimensional transportation network, and the construction of an open transportation network.

　　The second is to promote the innovation and development of modern circulation system and serve the construction of modern industrial system in central China. Including expanding the new mode of freight logistics service, promoting the matching between supply and demand of logistics supply chain, strengthening the scientific and technological innovation of transportation, and promoting the integration and innovation of transportation and related industries.

　　The third is to strengthen the coordinated development of transportation and enhance the synergy of urban and rural regional development in the central region. Including promoting the integration of urban agglomerations and metropolitan areas, and improving the quality of rural transportation services.
